Storage and wearing:
- Keep the Gel cooling part in the bag in the freezer in the bag it came in (very
important to use the bag or else shrinkage can occur). Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Adjust the back of the baseball cap
- Pull the gel over the baseball cap or put it on first and wear the cap over it (fits best
over it, but works under as well.
- To heat put in microwave for 20-30 seconds then test with hands before putting on head.
Cleaning:
Do not fully submerge in water - spot clean with damp cloth
